CanMEDS 2015 醫師七個角色

在 2015 年底，加拿大發表了新的 CanMEDS 七個角色。 其中將 Manager 的角色提升到了 Leader 的角色， 從內容來看，更希望未來的醫師能夠在組織與系統中扮演更積極角色， 改善醫療體系與服務。 以下為 2015 CanMEDS 醫師七個角色的說明： 1. 溝通者(Communicator)：醫師與病人及其家屬建立良好的關係，讓醫師容易蒐集與分享必要的資訊，以達到有效的健康照護。 2. 協調者(Collaborator)：醫師有效地與其他專業人員共同工作，提供安全、高品質與以病人為中心的照護。 3. 領導者(Leader)：醫師透過醫療、管理、研究與教學的活動，與其他人員共同提升健康照護系統的品質以及提供最優質的病人照護。 5. 健康倡議者(Health advocate)：醫師應用專業與影響力，以改善個別病人、社區與族群的身心健康。醫師與其服務對象共同發掘其健康需求，必要時能夠為其代言，支持資源的運用。 6. 學者(Scholar)：醫師透過參與持續教育、指導他人、持續評估臨床實證及貢獻於學術發展，終身致力於追求卓越的醫療服務。 6. 專業人員(Professional)：醫師透過倫理實踐、高道德標準的行為、對專業與社會的責任、維持自身的健康，致力於個體與社會的身心健康。 7. 醫學專家(Medical expert)：醫師整合所有CanMEDS角色，應用醫學知識、臨床技能以及專業態度，以提供以病人為中心的照護。醫學專家是CanMEDS架構的主要醫師角色。
